ATTENTION Safari Users!!

Hello Safari Users!
There is a known issue about the default privacy settings in Safari, conflicting with Google (we all know Apple and Google don't like each other). The recommendation is to download Google Chrome at https://www.google.com/chrome/

The recommendation is for all Heathcote related online school-work be done using Chrome.

If you prefer Safari, you will need to change your privacy settings. Go to the Safari Preferences Menu, click the Privacy icon and choose "NEVER" under the section that reads, "BLOCK COOKIES AND OTHER WEBSITE DATA."

  1. It is Tuesday at 7:13 am. I saw the moon. It was a waning crescent, I think. It was very high, very white, and very fading.

  2. Today is November 18,2014 at 7:28 am. The moon was a Waning Crescent the sky was very clear after it was raining.. Did you know if there is a ring around the moon it means it might rain the next day?

  5. November 18th, 2014 at 8:17 AM. It is a quarter moon. I couldn't really tell that it was a quarter moon because it looked bigger.

  6. It is November 18th at 7:54 a.m. the moon is such a small waning crescent is so small it looks like the tip of my nail! Did you know that totally eclipsed moon is called a "blood moon" because of its reddish color?

  13. I might see the moon tonight. Did you know that during a full moon you cannot see the hole moon. And the moon has craters.
    The earth can only see one side of the moon.

  17. It is November 18th at 9:30 p.m. I just saw Orion, Cassiopeia, Lacerta and even Jupiter! Did you know that the moon appears larger and deep yellow when it is low in the horizon?

  18. It is November 18, 2014 at 6:02 the moon is in the waning crescent phase I could see the moons light part and dark part. It looks like it was a sideways smiley face.
