Hello Safari Users! There is a known issue about the default privacy settings in Safari, conflicting with Google (we all know Apple and Google don't like each other). The recommendation is to download Google Chrome at https://www.google.com/chrome/
The recommendation is for all Heathcote related online school-work be done using Chrome.
If you prefer Safari, you will need to change your privacy settings. Go to the Safari Preferences Menu, click the Privacy icon and choose "NEVER" under the section that reads, "BLOCK COOKIES AND OTHER WEBSITE DATA."

What did you observe?

Today is November 24,2014 at 6:05 pm. The phase of the moon is a Waxing Crescent. Did you know while the moon is circling around the earth it is changes phases too?
Today is November 24, 2014 at 6:32. I can't see the moon but tonight is a larger Waxing Crescent! But i could not see the moon tonight hope i can see it tomorrow.
Today is November 24 2014 at 6:55. I could not see the moon, but the sky is clear. I saw a lot of stars, some were really bright. The phase of the moon is a waxing crescent. Did you know that the moon never comes closer than 220,968 miles to the Earth?
November 24, 2014 at 7:53 PM. It is a waxing crescent moon. I saw the moon tonight because the sky was clear. It was a small sliver and it was very bright so it stood out!
Today is November 24th, 2:00 2014 I could not see the moon because it was cloudy and snowing. and also probably because there wasn't much of the moon to see.
Since it wasn't snowing here, many of us were able to see the waxing crescent moon. Isn't is neat that the viewpoints from the east and west coast are so different?

ReplyDeleteI saw the waxing crescent at around 5:15 pm, but it had set when I went to look for it again, around 7:00 pm.
